We collaboratively considered how we would go about doing the catalogue. While we don’t need to produce it, it would be good to have an ideas of what it’ll be for the cost rundown. In light of the cost rundown, and trying to keep the budget down, we decided it would be cool to do a poster zine - with all the work and info as a zine which folds out into the exhibition poster. The poster could be screen printed on and the normal info could just be digitally printed. We went for a bright A2 orange paper stock in order to add some colour and retain that continuity with the rest of the branding.
We also really liked the anti static bags that the NASA manual came in so thought it would be cool to package the catalogues in them, adding to the space vibes. The archive 41 logo would be stuck onto the anti static bag in vinyl.
